The Leadership Board
Role of the Leadership Board:
In 2025, CFUMC embarked on a new spiritual journey of leadership. In October 2024, CFUMC voted to have a Leadership Board which is compiled of nine persons and the pastoral staff. This board acts as a single governing body responsible for all aspects of the church’s operations, including functions traditionally handled by separate committees like the Administrative Board, Finance Committee, Staff Parish Relations Committee, and Board of Trustees. The Leadership Board oversees the church’s mission and strategic direction.
