Mission Opportunities

We know that people have many different ministry passions and offer these opportunities to support ministry beyond the local church.

WHY DO WE SUPPORT SPECIAL SUNDAYS?

United Methodists celebrate on specific days to unite and make clear the commitment of the church as the people of God, and to give everyone the opportunity
to contribute to special programs approved and supported by the Church. For stories on how you make a difference, click here.

UMCOR DISASTER RELIEF

UMCOR, or the United Methodist Committee on Relief, is the church’s primary response organization to disasters throughout the country and the world. UMCOR is usually one of the first organizations on the ground after a fire, a tornado, a hurricane, an earthquake, or other disasters, with food, hygiene kits and relief efforts.
