Picture Day
Tentatively scheduled for April 11th, Picture Day will be a busy one with unique game times. Photos will be taken at the fields, so please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If a participant cannot attend, let us know to avoid delays. Team photos are free and will be available at the End of Season Celebration on October 4th.
-
Rain Outs
We follow Forsyth County’s lead on cancellations—if they cancel, we cancel. Please don’t email about weather early in the day; decisions are typically made by 3–4 PM, depending on conditions. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as weather can be unpredictable.
-
Game day operation
Before each game, all soccer and flag football teams will gather at the run-through area for announcements, prayer, and devotions. Teams will be called out in order from youngest to oldest, creating a welcoming and organized start to game day.
-
Games
The first game day is March 14th, with full schedules ready by the second week of practice. You’ll be able to view the schedule in the app, but please wait to share it until given the go-ahead, as changes may still occur. Players should arrive at least 10 minutes before game time.
-
“Out” Periods
Players on break should remain on the sidelines to support their team and stay focused. They should avoid wandering the field to ensure they’re ready to rejoin the game when needed.n goes here

Safe Sanctuary Policy
Adults may not be alone with a child that is not their own—no exceptions. Couples count as one adult. All coaches have passed background checks through Trak1 to ensure a safe environment.
